Establishing a Diet Mentality
During My Healthy Weight Loss Journey one of the most important steps in dieting I’ve identified thus far is to get yourself into a Diet Mentality. I’ve mentioned it in a couple of previous post and even named it as one of seven of my No-Nonsense Steps to Guaranteed Weight Loss – I believe it is absolutely vital for any weight loss journey.
In this article, I hope to illustrate my turning point into gaining my own Diet Mentality and to explain what I mean by Diet Mentality and exactly how you can achieve it for yourselves.
The No-Nonsense 7 Steps To Guaranteed Weight Loss
In one of my recent weigh-in posts, I documented that I managed to lose 1 stone 2 pounds in the space of just two months. This was a big accomplishment for me in My Healthy Weight Loss Journey, but looking back it was reasonably easy to achieve. When I analysed what I did to reach this weight loss goal, I realised it all boiled down to just seven simple steps – some were easy, some were hard, but all were very much achievable.

Following the Food Plan I posted a couple of days ago, there a couple of reader comments on the post, which I found quite interesting and I thought I’d write this follow up post to address them.

A couple of weeks back, I shared with you all the basics of the dieting plan I’m using to lose weight (successfully might I add, thanks for asking!) on My Healthy Weight Loss Journey. Since then, I’ve been promising to delve a little deeper into the diet and detail precisely what my metabolism building diet consists of, but I haven’t quite gotten around to it.
